We offer shipping to UK addresses only. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our selected courier service. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the order.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a product with a defect or if the wrong product has been shipped to you, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review your case and work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.
